In our mission to create a place, where marketing teams will easily store and gather all information, files and materials, with respect to the structure of marketing activities, we were not able to miss, that there’s another very important part – the context of data and feedback on how campaigns are progressing (and if!) once they are launched.
We pushed for the first version available as soon as possible (we deployed it during our public launch on 5th October), therefore we focused on market standard – connection to Google Analytics.
What’s new?

- specific data for each campaign based on stored UTM
How does it work?
Once you connect your Google Analytics to Storymkrs, the system will automatically look for any data to be displayed in the last 30 days.
If you will have your UTM parameters filled in in your campaigns, data will be automatically filtered and displayed for each campaign specifically.
So in just a few clicks, you have an automated solution to have further context and visibility on your campaigns.
We are currently synchronizing data once per day.
Why should you care?
Marketers mostly need just a basic overview and visibility of what is going on, if the campaign is properly started and is running and make a qualified decision.
This should save your team time in a couple of ways:
- you don’t need to request any report
- you don’t need to login somewhere else and look or filter for specific data
- anybody can access a basic level of data even from other departments
- you are saving your capacity or the capacity of your data analytic for more relevant work
We are not aiming to create high-detailed analytics for complex insights, that still will be the job of your data analytics, but for the rest of the team, higher level overview and improved visibility, overall insights into status and progress should help greatly.
Compatibility
At the moment we are supporting only Google Analytics and we decided to focus on the new standard of Google Analytics 4.
What’s next?
We are now focusing on enhancing capabilities and the number of data sources, which you can see within Storymkrs. At this moment we are especially focusing on Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram ads (Meta), LinkedIn Ads and Sklik.
Expectations are that we will release the first initial version of these connectors soon.
