What is the budget?
A budget tells you how much money you have to implement your activities and therefore achieve your goals. There is more than one budget and it is usually divided into – overall budget, campaign budget, activity budget, team budget. There are many divisions and it is up to you which one you use, which one suits you. But it’s important to know how much money you have for activities so you can plan and run them properly.
